Return Policy

1. Final sale

Every ticket purchased through NHV is sold as a final sale item. Once payment is completed, the order cannot be canceled, returned, refunded, or exchanged except where required by law.

2. Non-attendance

If you cannot attend, do not arrive, or arrive after entry has closed, your order remains non-refundable.

3. Event changes

Lineup, schedule, and operational details may evolve. These updates are part of live event operations and do not create refund eligibility.

4. Duplicate or accidental purchases

Please review your order before completing checkout. Duplicate, mistaken, or accidental purchases are still final sale unless we determine an obvious processing error.
