1. Acceptance

By using this website or purchasing tickets, you agree to these terms and related NHV policies.

2. Tickets

Tickets are sold subject to venue capacity, age requirements, and event entry rules. Tickets may not be used for unlawful resale where prohibited.

3. Conduct and safety

Guests must follow venue and event standards. NHV may deny entry or remove guests to protect operations and safety.

4. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe. Refund and cancellation terms are governed by the NHV Return Policy.

5. Intellectual property

All NHV logos, media, and site content are protected and may not be reused without written permission.
